1 HOW are your tutorials different to other tutorials?
Nail It Now Microsoft Word tutorials are "Wow, I can do this" tutorials. This means NO reading masses of explanatory text or hunting for the next thing to do. You don't have to THINK or work anything out. You simply follow the simple steps: click this tool, click that command, click this box, click that square, etc, not having a CLUE what you are doing. BUT, when you finish each PART, you look at the result and think "WOW, I can do this". Immediate thrill!
THEN, you go back over each step and look carefully at what you have done. Ah ha, so that's what this tool is for and that's how I do that! NO feeling scared, helpless or frustrated. It's fun from start to finish and so much easier than ploughing through a manual, computer program or CD!
A lot of effort and time has gone into making sure you feel "WOW, I can do this"at the end of each PART. It's easy to create a manual-type tutorial with chapters and an index. It's a lot harder and more time consuming to create simple steps that anyone (even a computer novice) can blindly follow
2 I learn best if I understand WHY I am doing something
Nail It Now Microsoft Word tutorials use quirky methods, doing something the wrong way before you do it the right way, all sorts of things to make you understand WHAT you are doing
3 My mind glazes over looking at huge amounts of text
Nail It Now Microsoft Word tutorials comprise simple numbered steps and lots of graphics, NOT heaps of text
4 I get tired of looking up an index to find out what I need to do next
Each step in Nail It Now Microsoft Word tutorials follows on from the previous step so, again, you don't have to think about it . . . you just blindly follow
5 If I have a question about the tutorials, what do I do?
Simply go to and fill in my Help email form at http://www.nailitnow.com.au/word/microsoftwordhelp.html - as soon as I receive your question, I answer immediately
"And your tech support is the best I have ever seen. I couldn't believe my eyes when your first response to my question showed that you had actually read the email and you were not just giving a "canned" reply (as most support sites give, at least initially)"

6 I tried FREE Tutorial 1 online. Can it be used offline?
The only time you spend online is the time it takes to PRINT the tutorials. There is NO time limit on your access to these tutorials, so you can PRINT the whole tutorial or PRINT and DO two PARTS at a time. It takes around 15 minutes to DO each PART
When the whole tutorial is PRINTED, you can three-hole punch it and put it in a binder. There is a Table of Contents and each PART has its own Header Page . . . and, when you print, there are NO annoying extra pages with one line at the top
7 Do your tutorials come on CD?
NO, you PRINT them. I know some people find printing a bit of a bore and "lean towards" a CD, but there are great advantages in having a paper pack, eg, NO downloading or system requirement problems and, most important of all, down the track, when you want to refresh your memory on how to do something, you just pick up your paper pack and find what you want in the Table of Contents . . . you don't have to frantically search a CD
8 Do I have to download anything?
NO downloading onto your computer, so NO endless waiting or the inevitable glitches
9 How much do your tutorials cost?
Tutorial 1 is FREE and Tutorials 2 and 3 each cost Aust$30 (US$23 on today's exchange rates)
To see what this price is in your currency, click here (click Back on your Browser menu to return to this page)
10 How do I order?

11 What happens when I order?
As soon as I receive an order, I email you the passwords to access the tutorial/s online and you can get started immediately
12 Could you tell me more about your three tutorials?
